Successful Northern New Jersey headquartered firm has a unique opportunity for a qualified individual to join our professional team. Our firm provides customized solutions to meet our client’s needs in Executive Compensation, Performance Management Pay Systems, Salary Administration Plans, and Sales Compensation.
Individual should have relevant consulting experience handling multiple client assignments. Ability to generate business is desired. Candidate must have strong financial, analytical, and computer skills, as well as excellent oral, written, and communications skills.
Duties and responsibilities for this position include project management, client interface, presentation development and report writing. In addition, the individual is expected to be able to assess client needs, conceptualize solutions, develop and implement programs, and maintain and develop relationships with clients, affiliates, and prospects. Some travel required.
