Creating Workplace Trust and Transparency

According to a and Research Institute survey, 42% of employees do not feel their employer is dedicated to closing pay gaps within their organization. 

In an effort to rebuild trust with their workforce, many organizations are conducting audits and compensation studies to ensure external pay competitiveness as well as internal pay equity.  These initiatives, along with transparent compensation and pay policies, are helping employers address turnover and build confidence among their workforce.
