Eugene Camm

 Gene Camm is a Managing Director with Compensation Resources. Gene has over 30 years of experience in human resources, including 15 years at the executive level and 15 years as a senior consultant. He is responsible for business development and project management with an expertise in sales compensation, executive compensation, and performance management.

Throughout his career, Gene has participated in over a dozen mergers & acquisitions that covered both the public and private sectors. His experience includes working with both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations across various industries, including, but not limited to: financial services, technology, e-commerce, healthcare, sports management, distribution, and retail sales.

Gene has served as a Governing Body Member of the Greater Philadelphia CHRO Leadership Summit, a Board Member of the South Jersey Independent Youth Football Association, and a Commissioner and Committee Chair of the Burlington Township Recreation Commission.
