When your team needs additional capacity or specialized compensation and HR skills for a defined period, or indefinitely, our staff augmentation model provides companies with access to experience compensation professionals to work with you and your team to execute your compensation initiatives, without the cost and increased headcount of a full time employee.

Outsourcing shifts responsibility to us; staff augmentation adds skilled hands to yours.

CR and HR Access are annual memberships that give HR professionals and business leaders always-on access to our team for quick, practical advice.

There’s no disruptive proposal or engagement process each time a question arises. Instead, you sign one agreement per year with convenient, affordable monthly billing. Then, we’re available any time you need us.

Use this engagement model for:

  • On-demand, one-off market pricing and compensation and/or HR guidance.
  • Job descriptions and FLSA (exempt/nonexempt) classification review.
