His experience spans public and private companies across a broad range of industries, both in the United States and internationally.

Seth advises clients on executive compensation, salary administration, sales compensation, incentive plan design, pay equity, and employee benefit programs. Earlier in his career, Seth served in compensation and benefits at a large global compensation and benefits consulting firm.
