Compensation Resources leader [Mary Rizzuti](https://www.compensationresources.com/about-us/team/mary-rizzuti/) was recently asked to pen an article for *HR Spotlight*, a well-known source of education and news for HR industry stakeholders. 

The article details Mary’s analysis of [a recent survey](https://www.compensationresources.com/news/ai-use-at-work-survey) by EisnerAmper about employee AI use in the workplace. A major finding? Of the 1,000 professionals surveyed, 80% reported a “positive” experience with AI at work. 

Mary emphasizes that, despite these frequent and generally positive *employee *interactions with AI, it’s not clear that *employers *are providing AI direction to their staff.
