COMPENSATION RESOURCES, INC. RELEASES ITS 2019 SALARY SURVEY OF COLLEGE GRADUATES AND INTERNS

Upper Saddle River, NJ – May 16, 2019 – Compensation Resources, Inc. (CRI) is pleased to announce that results have been published for the 2019 Salary Survey of College Graduates and Interns.  Participants included companies from all industry classification, covering both for-profit and not-for-profit.  There were 83 organizations that participated in this year’s study.

The study reports compensation data for recent college graduates and college interns in the most prevalent majors, such as Business and Finance, Computer Sciences, and Engineering.  In addition, the survey includes starting salaries for key positions being hired by many organizations, some of which include Accountants, Computer Systems Analysts, Financial Analysts, and Marketing Specialists.

Around 43% of respondents indicate that Grade Point Average (GPA) is a driving factor in hiring college graduates, with the minimum 3.0 GPA identified.  Approximately 96% of respondents offer internship programs, and 76.6% of previous interns going on to regular employment post-graduation.

Results are available at a cost of $225.  The survey is available for download or hard copy purchase at www.compensationresources.com or by clicking here.  To learn more about this survey or CRI’s other survey offerings, please contact Sean Gimpel at (201) 934-0505 x104.
