FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Compensation Resources, Inc. Releases its 2018 Salary Survey of College Graduates and Interns

Upper Saddle River, NJ – May 22, 2018 – Compensation Resources, Inc. (CRI) is pleased to announce that results have been published for the 2018 Salary Survey of College Graduates and Interns.  Participants included companies from all industry classification, covering both for-profit and not-for-profit.  There were 148 organizations that participated in this year’s study.

The study reports compensation data for recent college graduates and college interns in the most prevalent majors, such as Business and Finance, Computer Sciences, and Engineering.  In addition, the survey includes starting salaries for key positions being hired by many organizations, some of which include Accountants, Computer Systems Analysts, Financial Analysts, and Marketing Specialists.

Almost 60% of respondents indicate that Grade Point Average (GPA) is a driving factor in hiring college graduates, with the minimum 3.0 GPA identified.  Approximately 88% of respondents offer internship programs, and 71% of previous interns going on to regular employment post-graduation.

Results are available at a cost of $195.  The survey is available for download or hard copy purchase at www.compensationresources.com.  To learn more about this survey or CRI’s other survey offerings, please contact Diana Neelman at (201) 934-0505 x105.
