Nationally recognized compensation consulting firm is seeking a full-time, highly motivated individual to join our team as a Compensation Analyst.
Duties include:
• Analystical skills and critical analysis
• Market and financial analysis
• Job analysis
• Data extraction and analysis
• Proposal and report preparation
Bachelor's degree is required; 0 - 5 years experience necessary. Individual must possess strong analytical, communication (both written and oral), mathematical, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment. Intermediate Excel skills are required.
