CRI Releases Results of its Executive Compensation Survey

Results from CRI’s compensation survey of the top 12 executive positions in privately-held companies indicate that more than half of all respondents have a formal compensation philosophy statement. In addition, survey respondents reported that the majority of the executive positions sampled are eligible for short-term incentive compensation. Average target awards for the CEO was 67.2% of base salary, while the COO and CFO have average target awards of 56.7% and 48.6% respectively.  For more information, please contact Andy Sellers, Data Services Manager, at 201-934-0505 x115 or ats@compensationresources.com.
