2010 Board of Directors Compensation Survey
The purpose of this study was to obtain compensation market data and trends for Boards of Directors.  This survey reports Board meeting information, including, number of meetings per year, meeting fees, retainers and equity grants.  The survey also reports other forms of compensation, such as car allowance, dental insurance, stock options, etc. 

2010-11 Annual Salary Budget Planning Survey
The purpose of this study was to obtain compensation data used for trending and planning purposes at companies of all sizes, locations, and industries.  This survey reports merit increases for 2010 and projected 2011 across five job groups (Executive, Management, Exempt, Non-Exempt and Hourly/Production).  Other topics include salary structure movement, short- and long-term incentive plans, and compensation packages.
