In 2008, there were many undergraduates unsure of their potential to land a good job after college, due to the economic turmoil beginning.  This in turn led to an increase of recent graduates looking into continuing their education.  Fast forward to three years later, and we have one of the largest young labor pools in history.  Companies have never had more options to choose from for their entry level positions.  With supply high, in this regard, it is important for companies to be on track with the latest trends for college graduate compensation so that they are not overspending for their fresh talent.  CRI has just released our 2011 Salary Survey of College Graduates and Interns which will provide employers with the information to evaluate appropriate pay.
