Paul R. Dorf, APD, Managing Director
 Paul R. Dorf is the Managing Director of CRI. He is responsible for providing overall direction to the firm through five (5) Principals. He is also responsible for directing consulting services in all areas of executive compensation, short and long-term incentives, sales compensation, performance management programs, and salary administration programs. He has over 40 years of Human Resource and Compensation experience and has held various executive positions with a number of large corporate organizations and an acute care hospital. His experience includes direct consulting as head of the Executive Compensation Consulting Practices for major accounting and actuarial/benefit consulting firms, including KPMG, Deloitte Touche (formerly Touche Ross), and PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Kwasha Lipton).
Since 1972, Mr. Dorf has also provided compensation consulting expertise to various law firms, and qualifies as an expert witness in compensation and related matters. Mr. Dorf has provided expert opinion and has testified in numerous litigation support cases in both Federal and State Courts.
Mr. Dorf received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Industrial Relations from the University of Bridgeport and the College of William and Mary, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Personnel, Labor Relations from Hofstra University. For over 25 years, he has been on the faculty and taught various Human Resource and Compensation courses at various universities.
Mr. Dorf is widely quoted in newspapers and business publications, and has appeared on numerous televised business programs. He has been a featured speaker at professional conferences throughout the United States and internationally. These include the American Management Association, WorldatWork, and Society for Human Resource Management, as well as many other professional and business organizations.
Mr. Dorf was awarded an Accredited Personnel Diplomat (APD), the highest level of Personnel Accreditation, by the American Society of Personnel Administration (ASPA), and the Lifetime Achievement Award by WorldatWork, a trade organization for compensation professionals. to the top
Pamela Dorf, President
 Pamela Dorf is the President and co-founder of CRI. Ms. Dorf is responsible for the Administrative Departments of the Company, including general oversight of the Finance and Accounting functions.
Ms. Dorf formerly held executive positions in the retail and wholesale garment industry and was the founder, owner and Chief Executive Officer of a retail clothing company.
Ms. Dorf holds a BS degree from St. Peter’s College. She is a member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO), the Valley Hospital Auxiliary, and is active in various charities.to the top
Diana D. Neelman, CCP, Senior Consultant
 Diana D. Neelman is a Principal and Senior Consultant with CRI. She manages the research and data analysis relative to the design and implementation of comprehensive compensation programs. Ms. Neelman is responsible for the development of written policy and communication materials, including plan documents, policies and procedures manuals and administrative forms that support the plan designs. Ms. Neelman is also responsible for developing and conducting training programs covering various compensation topics. Furthermore, she oversees CRI's Survey Department, which published various compensation and benefits studies each year.
Prior to her assignment with CRI, she was employed as a Human Resource Generalist for Citizens First National Bank/NatWest Bank (currently Bank of America), and was responsible for various functions including compensation and benefits, HRIS, and recruitment. Ms. Neelman received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the State University of New York at Binghamton. In addition, she is a current member of WorldatWork and has earned the designation of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). to the top Mary A. Rizzuti, CCP, PHR, Senior Consultant
 Mary A. Rizzuti is a Principal and Senior Consultant with CRI. She is the Project Manager for the Litigation Support function, acting as liaison between the various parties involved in litigation support cases, as well as managing internal project staff. Ms. Rizzuti is responsible for overseeing activities relating to research, analysis & Expert Report development, as well as developing litigation support case methodologies. In addition, Ms. Rizzuti is responsible for the review, analysis and development of various compensation and human resource programs relating to CRI's consulting practice. She also serves at the firm's Operations Officer, overseeing all areas of marketing, operations, and staff management. Ms. Rizzuti has specific legal experience, as well as experience in policy development, training, recruiting, conducting performance appraisals and implementing human resources procedures. Prior to her assignment with CRI, she was employed by Brown & Wood in New York City as a training coordinator and paralegal. Ms. Rizzuti graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Dominican College. Ms. Rizzuti holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is also a member of WorldatWork and has earned the designation of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
Harry J. Schum, Senior Consultant
 Harry J. Schum is a Senior Consultant with CRI. Mr. Schum has over 25 years of compensation and human resources experiences in both the consulting and corporate environments over several industries and business entities. His areas of expertise include executive compensation, variable pay, incentive strategies and human resource planning and program implementation. Additionally, he works individually with senior management in transition to identify negotiating positions for potential career change opportunities.
Prior to joining CRI, Mr. Schum was a corporate officer and Vice President, Human Resources for Infilco Degremont, Inc. and Trigen Energy Corporation (both subsidiaries of Suez Corporation), and has held senior HR management positions with MasterCard International, Deloitte & Touche and RJR Nabisco. Previous to these corporate assignments, he spent eight years as an actuarial and compensation associate at Kwasha Lipton.
Mr. Schum received a Masters of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior from Iona College’s Hagan School of Business and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Fordham University.  Jaime D. McFadden is a Consultant with CRI. She is responsible for providing consulting services to clients relating to the development and implementation of compensation and human resource programs, with additional responsibilities for overseeing data analysis, report generation, and proposal development. Ms. McFadden has specific expertise in salary administration and executive compensation related to publicly-traded companies, as well as performance management programs. She has worked with an array of clients within a multitude of industries, including high technology, retail, financial services, transportation, and government.
Ms. McFadden graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Montclair State University. She is a current member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Michael C. Constantine, PHR, Consultant
 Michael C. Constantine is a Consultant with CRI. He is responsible for providing consulting services related to the design and implementation of compensation and human resources programs, overseeing data analysis, research, and report preparation. In addition, Mr. Constantine is responsible for business development opportunities with new clients. Mr. Constantine has specific expertise in base pay programs and Executive and Board of Directors Analysis, covering client assignments in multiple industries. Prior to joining CRI, Mr. Constantine interned at the United States Military Academy's Center for Enhanced Performance, the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office, and the Independent Financial Marketing Group, Inc.
Mr. Constantine graduated from Marist College with a Masters in Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminal Justice/Psychology. He is a member of the Alpha Phi Sigma National Honor Society. He is also a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Westchester Human Resource Management Association (WHRMA), and holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification. Sara Schmidt is a Consultant with CRI. She is responsible for providing consulting services related to the design and implementation of compensation and human resources programs, overseeing data analysis, research, and report preparation. In addition, Ms. Schmidt is responsible for business development opportunities with new clients. Ms. Schmidt has specific expertise in developing plan documentation for salary administration and performance management programs, and training clients on the use of these programs. Ms. Schmidt has had client assignments covering multiple industries, with a focus on healthcare, insurance, not-for-profit, and manufacturing companies. Ms. Schmidt graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rochester. Ms. Schmidt holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), where she served as a Programs Assistant for the North Jersey-Rockland Chapter from 2003 through 2006.
