Paul R. Dorf, PH D., APD, Managing Director

Paul R. Dorf is the Managing Director of Compensation Resources, Inc. He is responsible for directing consulting services in all areas of executive compensation, short and long-term incentives, sales compensation, performance management systems, and pay-for-performance, salary administration. He has over 40 years of Human Resource and Compensation experience and has held various executive positions with a number of large corporate organizations. He also has over 20 years of direct consulting experience as head of the Executive Compensation Consulting Practices for major accounting and actuarial/benefit consulting firms, including KPMG, Deloitte Touche (formerly Touche Ross), and Kwasha Lipton.

Since 1972, Mr. Dorf has also provided compensation consulting expertise to various law firms, and qualifies as an expert witness in compensation and related matters. Mr. Dorf has provided expert opinion and has testified in numerous litigation support cases in both Federal and State Courts.

Mr. Dorf received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Personnel, Labor Relations from Hofstra University and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Industrial Relations from the University of Bridgeport and the College of William and Mary, and a Ph.D. in Management Analysis from Cambridge International University. For the past 20 years, he has been on the faculty and taught various Human Resource and Compensation courses at various universities, including Boston University, Temple University, and Rider College.

Mr. Dorf is widely quoted in newspapers and business publications, and has appeared on numerous televised business programs. He has been a featured speaker at national conferences throughout the United States and internationally. These include American Management Association, WorldatWork, and Society for Human Resource Management, as well as many other professional and business organizations.

Mr. Dorf was awarded an Accredited Personnel Diplomat (APD), the highest level of Personnel Accreditation, by the American Society of Personnel Administration (ASPA).

Pamela Dorf, President

Pamela Dorf is the President of Compensation Resources, Inc. Ms. Dorf is one of the founders of the Company along with her husband, Paul. Ms. Dorf is responsible for the Administrative Departments of the Company, including Financial and Accounting.

Ms. Dorf formerly held executive positions in the retail and wholesale garment industry and was the founder, owner and Chief Executive Officer of a retail clothing company.
Ms. Dorf holds a BS degree from St. Peter's College. She is a member of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO), the Valley Hospital Auxiliary and is active in various charities.

Daniel P. Moynihan, CCP, Principal

Daniel P. Moynihan is a Principal of Compensation Resources, Inc.  Mr. Moynihan works directly with clients to clarify their Human Resource and Compensation  objectives to develop programs that maximize their resources and existing infrastructure. His responsibilities also include business development, design and development of programs in all areas of compensation, and specialized communication processes for implementing programs.  His specialty areas  include executive compensation, equity planning, sales compensation, and performance-based pay programs.  Mr. Moynihan also serves as the firm's Technology Compensation Practice Leader.  He is a respected speaker, and gives seminars on Executive Compensation for emerging companies, as well as general compensation programs to Human Resource forums.

Mr. Moynihan received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics/Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Spanish from Ursinus College. Mr. Moynihan received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Montclair State University. He is a member of WorldatWork from whom he earned the designation of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). He is a member of the New York Compensation Association and a member of the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals (NASPP).

Diana D. Neelman, CCP, Senior Consultant

Diana D. Neelman is a Senior Consultant and Principal with Compensation Resources, Inc.(CRI). She manages the research and data analysis relative to the design and implementation of comprehensive compensation programs. Ms. Neelman is responsible for the development of written policy and communication materials, including plan documents, policies and procedures manuals and administrative forms that support the plan designs. As a member of the litigation support team, Ms. Neelman has been involved in numerous cases relating to reasonableness of compensation, valuation of the total compensation package, and lost opportunity. Ms. Neelman is also responsible for developing and conducting training programs covering various compensation topics.

Prior to her assignment with CRI, she was employed as a Human Resource Generalist for Citizens First National Bank/NatWest Bank (currently Bank of America), and was responsible for various functions including Compensation and Benefits, HRIS, and recruitment. Ms. Neelman received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the State University of New York at Binghamton. In addition, she is a current member of WorldatWork and has earned the designation of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).to the top  

 

Carl Riefenberg, Senior Consultant

Carl E. Riefenberg is a Senior Consultant with Compensation Resources, Inc.(CRI). Mr. Riefenberg specializes in providing human resource consulting services to clients in a variety of industries throughout the United States and the Caribbean. Consulting assignments have included the development and implementation of base cash compensation programs, custom employee opinion surveys, variable, sales and executive compensation plans. Mr. Riefenberg has had client assignments in insurance, state governments, national trade associations, automobile credit organizations, and specialty international agriculture chemical companies.

Prior to joining CRI, Mr. Riefenberg has over 13 years of experience as a senior consultant with the Hay Group. In addition, Mr. Riefenberg held various senior management positions in human resources and marketing with Fidelity Mutual Group. Mr. Riefenberg received a degree in Business Administration from Lycoming College. His current client assignments are focused on managing integrated human resource change engagements aligning reward and performance management systems with business strategies. Related assignments include organizational redesign, sales effectiveness, and human resources systems reengineering engagements.

Mary A. Rizzuti, PHR, Senior Consultant

Mary A. Rizzuti is a Senior Litigation Consultant with Compensation Resources, Inc.(CRI). She is the Team Leader for the Litigation Support function, and is responsible for overseeing activities relating to research, analysis & Expert Report development. Ms. Rizzuti acts as liaison between the various parties involved in litigation support cases. She is also responsible for the review, analysis and development of various compensation and human resource programs relating to CRI's consulting practice.
Ms. Rizzuti has specific legal experience, as well as experience in policy development, training, recruiting, conducting performance appraisals and implementing human resources procedures.

Prior to her assignment with CRI she was employed by Brown & Wood in New York City as a training coordinator and paralegal. Ms. Rizzuti graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Dominican College. She is a current member of Society for Human Resource Management and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources from which she has been certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Harry J. Schum, Senior Consultant

Harry J. Schum is a Senior Consultant with Compensation Resources, Inc.  Mr. Schum has over 25 years of compensation and human resources experiences in both the consulting and corporate environments over several industries and business entities. His areas of expertise include executive compensation, variable pay, incentive strategies and human resource planning and program implementation. Additionally, he works individually with senior management in transition to identify negotiating positions for potential career change opportunities. He has been a corporate officer and Vice President, Human Resources for Infilco Degremont, Inc. and Trigen Energy Corporation (both subsidiaries of Suez Corporation), as well as holding senior HR management positions with MasterCard International, Deloitte & Touche and RJR Nabisco. Previous to these corporate assignments, he spent eight years as an actuarial and compensation associate at Kwasha Lipton.

Mr. Schum graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Fordham University and a Masters of Business Administration in Organizational Behavior from Iona College's Hagen School of Business. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and WorldatWork.

Sara D. Schmidt, PHR, Consultant

Sara Schmidt is a Consultant with Compensation Resources, Inc.  She is responsible for providing consulting services related to the design and implementation of compensation and human resources programs, with responsibilities for data analysis, research, and report generation.  Ms. Schmidt has specific expertise in developing plan documentation and forms for Salary Administration and Performance Management Programs.  Ms. Schmidt has had client assignments covering multiple industries, with a focus on healthcare, not-for-profit, and manufacturing companies.

Ms. Schmidt graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Rochester.  Ms. Schmidt holds the Professional of Human Resources (PHR) certification, and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), where she served as a Programs Assistant for the North Jersey-Rockland Chapter.  In addition, she is a current member of WorldatWork and is pursuing her certification as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

Cynthia L. Schikschneit , Consultant

Cynthia L. Schikschneit is a Consultant with Compensation Resources, Inc. (CRI).  She is primarily responsible for data analysis, market pricing, report generation, proposal development, and assisting Senior Consultants on multiple projects.  Ms. Schikschneit has had client assignments covering a variety of industries, with a focus on healthcare, not-for-profit, manufacturing and financial services companies.
 
Prior to her assignment with CRI, Ms. Schikscheit was employed by the New York State Institute for Basic Research in Developmental Disabilities (IBR) and the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene (RFMH).  During her assignment at IBR and RFMH, she was responsible for coordinating clinical trials, data analysis, and testing.

Ms. Schikscheit is currently completing her Master of Arts (MA) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Montclair State University.  She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from The College of Staten Island, City University of New York.  Ms. Schikschneit is a member of the Psi Chi, Phi Beta Kappa, and Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Societies.  She is a current member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

Thomas J. Cioffe, President (CSI)

Thomas J. Cioffe is the President of Compensation Solutions, Inc., a Professional Employer Organization (PEO).  Mr. Cioffe works closely with Compensation Resources, Inc. to provide comprehensive PEO and consulting services to both client bases.  He has an extensive background in compensation, human resource management, and the PEO industry, along with expertise in the areas of organizational development and leadership, process improvement, and systems implementation.  Mr. Cioffe has more than 25 years of experience in technology-driven, service-oriented businesses.

Rosanne Zabka, Director of Reports (HCS)

Rosanne Zabka is the Director of Reports for Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service(HCS) and is responsible for the timely gathering of survey data and publication of each of the nine healthcare publications on salaries and benefits. She has been instrumental in increasing the number of salary and benefits reports published by HCS for use by the healthcare industry.  Most notable of these are salary surveys for the home care and long term care industry.  She is also responsible for conducting both national and custom marketplace studies.  Prior to HCS, Ms. Zabka was with Bonneville Broadcasting Company where she was responsible for computer and word processing operations.  Ms. Zabka holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from Indiana University and is a member of WorldatWork.
